Nadia is an innovative demand generation expert who is always looking for the best ways to harness the full power of her sales & marketing tech stack. She worked with Nomad in a prior role, and the team’s and Nadia’s mutual enthusiasm for marketing technology is just one of the reasons they work so well together.

Needing a New Agency

Upon starting her role at PayIt, Nadia quickly discovered that the marketing organization was already utilizing an agency for support with Marketo and Salesforce. However, it became apparent that the agency required a significant amount of oversight and direction, particularly when it came to marketing campaign logistics, data organization, and reporting.

Nadia found that the incumbent agency was expecting to be managed through tactical execution of tasks, rather than leading strategic operations projects based on the outcomes that she had outlined. This left Nadia spending more time than she had anticipated on managing logistics and providing guidance to the agency, rather than focusing on broader strategy and execution.

While it was clear that the agency knew its way around Marketo and Salesforce, it was equally clear that there was room for improvement. Nadia knew that “demand generation cannot function without a strong operational backbone”, and recognized that her team could benefit from more efficient and responsive marketing operations support. She was looking for a quicker project turn-around with less re-work, as well as a more visionary partner when it came to big-rock initiatives. Nomad checked all the boxes.

Nadia worked with Nomad in a prior role, where Nomad handled HubSpot and Salesforce administration, as well as anything and everything to do with data management, tracking, and attribution.
